| Distribution Policy |
Depending on the level of income (if any) the Fund generates, the Fund aims to distribute part or all of its distributable income on an annual basis. The payment of distributions, if any, from the Fund will vary from period to period depending on interest rates, market conditions and the performance of the Fund. However, pursuant to the Deed, the Manager has the right to make provisions for reserves in respect of distribution of the Fund. If the distribution available is too small or insignificant, any distribution may not be of benefit to the Unit holders as the total cost to be incurred in any such distribution may be higher than the amount for distribution. The Manager has the discretion to decide on the amount to be distributed to the Unit holders. |
| Investment Time Horizon |
Medium to long term. In this context, “medium to long term” refers to a period of three (3) years and more. |
| Initial Investment |
Minimum RM1,000 or such other amount as the Manager may from time to time decide. |
| Additional Investment |
Minimum RM200 or such other amount as the Manager may from time to time decide. |
| Cooling off period |
You have six (6) Business Days after your initial investment (i.e. the date the application is received by CIMB-Principal) to reconsider its appropriateness for your needs. Within this period, you may withdraw your investment at the NAV per unit on the day the units were first purchased and have the Application Fee (if any) repaid. Please note that the cooling-off right is only given to an investor who is investing with CIMB-Principal or any Approved Distributor for the first time. However, corporations/institutions, CIMB-Principal’s staff and person(s) registered to deal in unit trust of CIMB-Principal or any Approved Distributor are not entitled to the cooling-off right. |
| Redemption/Withdrawal |

Switching Fee will not be charged if the fund to be switched into has a lower Application Fee.
In addition, the Manager imposes a RM100 administrative fee for every switch made out of a CIMB-Principal fund. However, this RM100 administrative fee is waived for the first four (4) switches out of a fund in each calendar year. The Manager also has the discretion to waive the Switching Fee and/or administrative fees.
Switching out from this Fund within three (3) months from the Commencement Date may, at the discretion of the Manager, be subject to the Withdrawal Fee. Thereafter, only the Switching Fee and/or administrative fee will be charged. |
